Mindful music
Det er altid en oplevelse at befinde sig med leder af Dansk Center for Mindfulness læge Lone Overby Fjorback i det fælles nu trianguleret mellem mindfulness instruktion, improviseret musik og fællesskabet med de lyttende.
Forskning indikerer forøvrigt, at man kan generelt kan opleve en forøgelse af opmærksomhed ved musiklytning, og at mindfulness instruktion umiddelbart før lytningen kan forøge evne til at lytte til musikken uden at lade sig distrahere.
In English – It is always a pleasure to be with the leader of the Danish Center for Mindfulness doctor Lone Overby Fjorback in the shared ‘now’ triangulated between mindfulness instruction, music, and the community with the listeners.
Research also indicates that one can generally experience increased attention when listening to music. Furthermore, mindfulness instruction immediately before listening can improve listening to music without being distracted.
